Turkey Supreme

20lbs turkey (I use breast meat, but you can use the whole turkey or parts)

3/4 pound of butter

2 pounds Velveeta Cheese

Bake turkey with some of the butter and some water.(I put it in the crockpot until it is nice and tender)  Save the broth.  Cut up turkey in bite size pieces (I use food processor)

Combine 2 quarts broth, butter and cheese; add to turkey

Can add clear chicken broth if you need to moisten/add more cheese or butter to taste.
