GENERAL INFORMATION We welcome online, email, phone, and faxed orders. All orders placed before 3pm CST will be shipped the same business day unless notified otherwise. All orders will be shipped US priority mail. If orders are placed on a weekend or holiday, they will be shipped the next business day. If you'd like your package shipped on a certain date, just let us know! For international orders we will check with the USPS for the best rate for you and email you the exact shipping charges. Actual shipping charges may be less than stated in our check-out page, and will be reflected in your credit card charge. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover online. Personal checks and money orders are accepted just click the money/check button. Minnesota residents add 7% sales tax. RETURN POLICY We have a 30-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with. Sale items and cut yardage are not returnable. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned.
